The RAIT Framework
A framework for governing public-sector AI acquisition. RAIT links the scope of each deployment to evidence that the responsible institutions can govern its risks: funded responsibilities, safeguards that can be demonstrated, and knowledge that remains when a supplier relationship ends.
Six contract modules and four assurance stages carry each deployment from assessment and testing to authorization and continued operation — with capacity to govern built into the acquisition itself.
