Optional: Govern a Real Decision
An optional sixth week for participants who want to apply a structured governance framework to a decision in their own organisation or community, and to say plainly where the framework helps and where it falls short.
What you'll take away
- State a real AI-related decision as a proposal that can be analysed.
- Work through the eleven AIGovSpec diagnostic questions, marking unknowns as findings.
- Trace one framework claim to its source and judge whether the summary is fair.
- Write a short, specific critique of the framework from your own context.
